Our products are sold in bulk quantities with minimum order requirements (MOQ) and are not packaged, priced, or distributed for retail resale to end consumers.

SolaxBulk reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user is purchasing for personal consumption rather than legitimate business purposes.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website. If you are registering an account or placing an order on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, and customs regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions through which your orders are shipped. SolaxBulk will not process orders that are prohibited under applicable trade restrictions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business, including: registered company name, business registration or tax identification number, country of incorporation, business address, and the contact details of an authorized representative.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All new business account applications are manually reviewed by our sales and compliance team. Account approval is not automatic and typically takes one (1) business day. Until your account is approved, you may browse the website but wholesale tier pricing, volume discounts, and direct checkout functionality will remain locked.

SolaxBulk reserves the right to approve or reject any account application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for rejection.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. SolaxBulk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. SolaxBulk may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your business circumstances change in a way that affects your eligibility for B2B wholesale purchasing.

Wholesale tier prices, volume discount rates, and any custom pricing communicated to your account are strictly confidential. These prices are visible only to approved business accounts and must not be shared with, disclosed to, or made accessible by any third party, including competitors, retail customers, or the general public.

You agree not to publicly post, republish, screenshot, or otherwise redistribute any pricing information obtained through your SolaxBulk account. Violation of this confidentiality clause may result in account termination and legal action.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on the website at the time of order or RFQ submission are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in the formal proforma invoice (PI) issued by our sales team after reviewing your order details, quantity, destination, and applicable Incoterms.

Product availability, specifications, and lead times are subject to change based on production schedules, raw material supply, and market conditions. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the website are error-free, complete, or current.

Each product carries a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) that must be met for an order to be processed. MOQs vary by product and are displayed on each product page. Orders below the stated MOQ will not be accepted unless a special arrangement has been made in writing with our sales team.

All orders and RFQ submissions are manually reviewed and processed by our sales team. Submitting an order or RFQ through the website does not constitute an automatic confirmation of sale. An order is considered confirmed only when our sales team issues a formal proforma invoice (PI) or order confirmation document, which you must accept in writing (including by email) before production or shipment begins.

Request For Quotation inquiries are typically answered within twenty-four (24) business hours. Response times may be longer during peak seasons, Chinese public holidays, or for complex custom OEM/ODM requests. RFQ submissions do not obligate SolaxBulk to provide a quote, nor do they obligate you to place an order.

Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may be subject to additional charges or may not be possible, depending on the production stage. Requests for order changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to written approval by our sales team.

Shipping arrangements, freight costs, and delivery terms are quoted per shipment based on destination, weight, volume, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, or others as agreed). Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated in the proforma invoice. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We accept the following payment methods for B2B wholesale orders: bank wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for qualifying transactions, and approved trade financing arrangements. Payment method availability may vary based on order value, destination country, and your account history.

Standard payment terms require a deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total order value upon order confirmation, with the remaining seventy percent (70%) due before shipment or upon presentation of the bill of lading, as specified in the proforma invoice. Alternative payment schedules may be negotiated for established accounts.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in the proforma invoice. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and other taxes or charges levied by your country of import. SolaxBulk is not responsible for determining or remitting your local import taxes.

Late or incomplete payments may result in production delays, shipment holds, or cancellation of the order. SolaxBulk reserves the right to charge a late payment fee on overdue balances and to suspend account privileges until outstanding amounts are settled.

You must not: (a) use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its systems, or other users' accounts; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data, including pricing, product information, or customer details, without our prior written consent; (d) reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any content from the website for commercial purposes without authorization; (e) introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code to the website; or (f) interfere with or disrupt the website's servers, networks, or functionality.

All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, and page layouts, is the property of SolaxBulk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written authorization, except as necessary to complete legitimate B2B transactions with us.

As stated in Section 4.1, wholesale pricing data accessed through your account is confidential. Using automated tools to scrape or systematically extract pricing from the website is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SolaxBulk disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

In no event shall SolaxBulk, its directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or cost of substitute goods, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any order placed through it.

The total aggregate liability of SolaxBulk arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SolaxBulk for the specific order or transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

SolaxBulk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
